Contractors

National Procurement, on behalf of Better Together, Scotland’s Patient Experience Programme, has developed an approved contractor framework which will supply fieldwork and improvement contractors to the following Public Sector Health organisations; NHSScotland Health Boards, Scottish Government and Scottish Health Council. 

The approved contractors undertake quantitative surveys, qualitative work and improvement work on behalf of Public Sector Health Organisations either using the tools and guidance issued by the Better Together Coordination Centre or as specified locally.  

Which organisations are on the framework?

The following consortia and individual organisations are on the framework. Some organisationsare approved for only one type of work e.g. just the quantitative surveys whilst others are approved for more than one type of work.
