One of the aims of Better Together has been to develop a tool designed to help nursing staff capture local patient experience feedback on their wards. The Measuring Experience Toolkit will provide support for reviewing, responding and actioning the feedback, as appropriate; and it will assist in promoting an increased focus on scope for improvement of patient experience at a local level.
Before starting to use the Toolkit, please see the Toolkit User Guide. Should you experience any difficulties using the Tool, please contact your local Leading Better Care/Release Time to Care facilitators or the Better Together team for advice.
