This website will tell you how Better Together, Scotland's Patient Experience Programme, is using your experiences of NHSScotland to improve health services.
On this website you can share stories about your experiences of NHSScotland. Story will be sent to the relevant health board so that they can use it to build on things that are working and improve those that aren't.
The site also provides examples of good practice and demonstrates how together, patients and NHSScotland, are working together to improve patient experience.
Better Together will only work if you share your experiences of receiving healthcare in NHSScotland. Stories may be about almost anything, for example:

If you have a formal complaint, this should be submitted directly to the appropriate Health Board.

Better Together is a new improvement programme to gather feedback from patients and staff in order to improve NHS services in Scotland.
Better Together is part of a wider programme of ongoing feedback and improvements in the NHS in Scotland. It is designed to help make the NHS in Scotland a truly "mutual" NHS, one where we all take more control of our health and become more active in deciding how our NHS is run.
